REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is an ancient form of pressure point therapy that promotes total body health and healing. By focusing on and stimulating different points and zpnes on the feet, your therapist induces a state of vitality and relaxation throughout the body.

THAI MASSAGE

Thai Massage is done in loose, comfortable clothing on special mats. It is a combination of massage, yoga positions and acupressure on specific points along Meridians (lines of energy) in the body. Excellent for relaxation, flexibility and range-of-motion.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

I perform Swedish massage for women in their second and third trimesters. Massage during pregnancy is performed with lighter pressure. You usually begin on one side, then the other and end lying on your back propped to a near sitting position. Swedish Massage is the recommended prenatal massage method during pregnancy because it addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts during pregnancy.
